The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Coordinate the implementation of the S2P platform, Set project timeline& Monitor project deliverables Manage project risks (security, resources, quality), escalating any issue(s) to Project Lead and proposing solution(s) when appropriate. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration of the S2P solution with ERP system and other related applications. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Ensure smooth user adoption and transition to the new system. Qualifications Proven experience coordinating the implementation of a Source-to-Pay solution 5+ years of project management experience in procurement or finance transformation projects. Familiarity with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday...). Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills (Fluency in English)
