Head of Revenues – B2B SaaS | High Impact Role

We are reinforcing our commercial leadership and are now looking for an experienced hands-on Head of Revenues to take full ownership of sales and marketing strategy and its execution . You play a key role in accelerating P2MAP's growth.
This is a leadership role with real ownership , designed for someone who wants impact, responsibility, and meaningful upside .
You will take full ownership of P2MAP's marketing and sales strategy and its execution from day one. You work alongside the founder/CEO of P2MAP, with clear ownership of results .
Your responsibilities include:Refining the marketing and sales playbook, building on an existing commercial setup and direct market feedbackPersonally driving revenue generation and pipeline development, owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation and closingAs traction grows, you will naturally evolve toward structuring and leading the broader sales organization (SDRs, business development, marketing, etc.).
This is not a purely strategic or managerial role; it is about making things work in practice .
Experienced business development or sales profile with prior B2B SaaS experienceProven track record selling complex solutions with medium to long sales cyclesComfortable in an entrepreneurial, early-stage environmentStrong hands-on mindset: you enjoy being directly involved in dealsAutonomous, pragmatic, results-drivenExperience in Project Portfolio Management, enterprise software, or decision-support tools is a strong plusPrimary commercial focus on European markets , with an initial emphasis on Benelux and FranceFluent English is requiredFrench and/or Dutch are important for the initial focus on local marketsFreelance rolePerformance-driven compensation with the opportunity to meaningfully influence the company's trajectoryPotential significant equity participation for the right profile (a.k.a. "late co-founder")You are fully autonomous in how you structure your work and drive execution.
