You’ll play an essential part in coordinating study activities, maintaining databases, and supporting both start-up and closeout processes.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for daily site communications and document coordinationSupport participant pre-screening and study-related tasksPerform accurate data entry and respond to system queriesMaintain clear, timely communication between the site and study teamEnsure documentation meets IRB/FDA compliance standardsAssist with study closeout and general research support as requiredWhat you’ll bring?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 1 year in a related fieldConfident using technology and web-based research platformExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, critical thinking, and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work both independently and collaborativelyProfessional, articulate, and detail-oriented approachLocal language spoken to professional level
