Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI / Asset Management)Location: 2 days a week onsite in Braine l'Alleud, BelgiumContract Duration: ASAP – 30 June 2026, with potential extension to 31 December 2026Security Clearance: NATO Secret, EU SECRET, or an equivalent national clearance level.(mandatory)Engagement Type: Contract, sprint-basedWe are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to support a NATO business applications and analytics team. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear BI requirements and supporting the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions, primarily within the Asset Management domain.You will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, helping ensure data-driven solutions align with operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business and reporting requirementsTranslate requirements into functional specifications and data definitionsAct as a bridge between business users and technical BI teamsSupport data validation, testing, and user acceptance activitiesCoordinate multiple BI workstreams and track progressMaintain and update backlogs and tasks using JiraRequired Experience5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in BI / data environmentsProven end-to-end delivery of BI or reporting solutionsExperience performing Product Owner–style activitiesStrong knowledge of Asset Management processesExperience with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP or asset platforms)Strong communication skills and full professional EnglishFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum deliveryExperience working in international or complex organisationsNote: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must already hold a valid NATO Secret, EU SECRET, or an equivalent national clearance level or higher..
