Miletic Recruitment is looking for a Sales Operations Manager. For a global industrial manufacturing group, we are supporting the search for a Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you drive the performance and profitability of the aftermarket business by optimizing processes, implementing effective business tools and aligning pricing, marketing and budgeting strategies. Acting as a key interface between sales, supply chain, product management and other functions, you enable operational excellence and sustainable business growth. Your responsibilities: Responsible for sales and cost pricing, developing and implementing strategies to maximize profitability. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure a competitive position. Prepare and manage the sales budget in alignment with financial targets. Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency. Develop and maintain business tools and systems to support sales operations. Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including reports, presentations and proposals. Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns. Oversee marketing activities to support sales objectives, including digital marketing, content creation, marketing material and event planning. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Work closely with the product management team to align sales strategies with product offerings. Your profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, International Business, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar rol within an international B-2-B environment. Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies. Strong technical and digital marketing skills. Experience in customer and market research. Relevant product and industry knowledge. Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English. Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
