Als Assistant Project Manager ondersteun jij de uitvoering van baanbrekende projecten die het klimaat verbeteren en de toekomst verduurzamen.
Verantwoordelijkheden:- Je assisteert bij het opstellen van maandelijkse voortgangsrapporten en notulen van vergaderingen.
- Je maakt en onderhoudt een index van de bouwtekeningen, documentoverdrachten en bijbehorende goedkeuringen.
- Je combineert de uiteindelijke as-built tekeningen en technische bestanden.
- Je assisteert projectmanagers in de aanbestedingsfase.
- Je deelt actief je inzichten en best practices met het team.
- Je neemt initiatief en draagt bij aan strategische besluitvorming om de ambities van de organisatie te ondersteunen.
- Je bereidt business cases voor het management en belangrijke belanghebbenden voor.
- Je hebt een bachelor in engineering, construction management of een verwante richting.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met bewezen betrokkenheid bij projecten.
- Je bent detailgericht, gemotiveerd, proactief, energiek, accuraat en een goede teamspeler.
- Je bent bereid te reizen afhankelijk van de specifieke projectvereisten.
- Je hebt basis computervaardigheden. Gevorderde kennis van MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent bereid om dagelijks op de werkvloer te zijn.
- Je bent een probleemoplosser en een creatieve organisator.
- Je krijgt interne en externe trainingen ter ondersteuning van de groei van je vaardigheden en talent.
- Een uitdagende maar zeer lonende internationale ervaring.
- De mogelijkheid om te werken in een continu ontwikkelende en groeiende omgeving.
- Een no-nonsense cultuur waar ondernemerschap wordt aangemoedigd.
- Zeer veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
