Key responsibilities:
As an SDR at LegalFly, your mission is to pave the way for Account Executives by generating and nurturing qualified leads, guiding them through the sales funnel, and delivering valuable insights to help AEs close deals. Your focus on the early stages of the sales process ensures a steady flow of opportunities, driving LegalFly’s growth. Your key responsibilities include:
Prospecting and lead generation: Research potential customers and key decision-makers. Conduct outbound outreach and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline.
Pipeline building: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and set up discovery calls for Account Executives.
Data management and reporting: Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead information and provide regular reports on lead generation and performance.
Collaboration and team support: Partner with Account Executives to strategize on leads and support marketing campaigns by following up on generated leads.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have at least 1 year of experience in sales development or inside sales.
Have experience working in dynamic, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments in tech / SaaS, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
Have hands-on experience with sales enablement tools like Hubspot and Salesforce and email automation platforms.
Are a Dutch speaker, with full proficiency in English or French being a strong advantage.
Have a proven ability in cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification.
Are hungry to learn, be successful and progress within the business.
Are smart, inquisitive and possess strong emotional intelligence.
Your direct manager and team
You will join the executive team led by our Head of Marketing Gabriel Macsweeney. Your team consists of 8 Account Executives and 1 other Sales Development Representative. The team works from either our HQ in Ghent (Belgium) or our office in London.
