Jouw rol als HR Manager:

Als Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leidinggeven aan een team dat actief is in Brussel en Antwerpen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in de coördinatie en uitvoering van payroll- en HR-processen, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlotte werking en naleving van de sociale wetgeving. Je leidt en ondersteunt jouw team, zorgt voor een goede communicatie tussen de verschillende vestigingen en werkt actief aan de optimalisatie van HR-processen.

Jouw taken:

  • Leidinggeven en coördineren van een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor payroll en HR-administratie op de vestigingen in Brussel en Antwerpen.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige loonverwerking, in samenwerking met het externe sociaal secretariaat en fiscale adviseurs.
  • Beheer van tijdsregistratie, verlofaanvragen en het opvolgen van afwezigheden.
  • Coördineren van in- en uitdiensttredingen (Dimona-aangiftes).
  • Up-to-date houden van personeelsgegevens en sociale documenten conform de wetgeving.
  • Zorg dragen voor het beheer van voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, ecocheques en andere voordelen.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen over loon en sociale wetgeving.
  • Actieve deelname aan HR-projecten (zoals cafetariaplan, mobiliteitsplan, enz.).

Jouw profiel:

Je bent een geboren leider met een sterke focus op het verbeteren van processen. Je hebt ervaring in het managen van een team en je hebt passie voor HR-administratie en payroll. Je houdt van structureren en hebt oog voor detail, maar kan ook het grotere geheel in de gaten houden.

Wat wij van jou verwachten:

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in payroll en/of HR-administratie, met ervaring in leidinggeven.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans (Engels is een plus).
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR, Rechten of Bedrijfsmanagement.
  • Ervaring met MS Office en kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Kennis van Level5/Partena is een troef.
  • Nauwkeurig, discreet en zelfstandig, maar ook een teamspeler en leider.
