With a strong focus on cutting-edge cloud technologies and automation, the organization is looking to expand its tech backbone by hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to shape infrastructure and practices across multiple products. As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will establish and operate the DevOps function, working closely with development teams and external partners to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure. You will define best practices, implement automation strategies, and drive operational excellence across a portfolio of high-traffic, real-time platforms. You will: Lead the DevOps practice, providing guidance and setting standards for platform teams. Define and implement governance, automation, and CI/CD strategies across multiple products. Collaborate with external partners to architect and manage AWS-based infrastructure with a focus on scalability, high availability, and security. Leverage Kubernetes for auto-scaling, secure deployments, and efficient node management. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, GitLab Runner, and ArgoCD. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Terragrunt. Set up monitoring, observability, and logging stacks to minimize downtime and ensure platform reliability. Enforce cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, WAF, and secrets management. Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining high performance. Skills/Experience: 3+ years of DevOps experience in high-traffic, real-time environments. Experience in iGaming is desirable, particularly Sportsbook platform operations. Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt). Proven track record in building scalable CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging tools (LGTM stack preferred). Security-first mindset with experience in KeyVaults, Secrets, IAM.
