Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Als QA Manager ben jij dé spil in het waarborgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van onze producten, van grondstof tot eindproduct.
Je hebt een veelzijdige rol waarin je het kwaliteitssysteem en voedselveiligheidsbeleid opzet, implementeert en beheert.
Jouw takenpakket:
Kwaliteitsbeheer:Ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van het kwaliteitssysteem van de plant.
Vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar concrete (jaar)actieplannen in samenspraak met het plantmanagementteam.
Cultuur van voedselveiligheid:Stakeholders opleiden en enthousiasmeren om voedselveiligheid binnen alle lagen van de organisatie te bevorderen.
Monitoren en evalueren:Controleren en opvolgen van de naleving van kwaliteitsprocedures.
Identificeren van knelpunten en trends in lijn met veranderende eisen en normen.
Klantcommunicatie:Behandelen van kwaliteitskwesties en opstellen van verbeterplannen in samenwerking met klanten.
Audits en certificeringen:Plannen, begeleiden en coördineren van interne en externe audits (inclusief bij leveranciers).
Implementeren van verbeteracties na audits en bijdragen aan certificeringstrajecten.
Risicoanalyse:Uitvoeren en opstellen van risicoanalyses en risicobeheersmaatregelen.
Teamcoaching:Leiding geven aan een team van 3 laboranten en hen begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling. Deze rol biedt ruimte om in de toekomst verder te groeien in leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid.
Klachten en innovatie:Onderzoeken van kwaliteitsklachten en het nemen van gepaste acties.
Volgen van trends in het vakgebied en delen van kennis met collega's Profiel Wat breng jij mee?
Een bachelor denkniveau of ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een B2B-omgeving.
Ervaring in de voedingssector en kennis van voedselveiligheidsstandaarden (pré, maar geen vereiste; dit is aan te leren).
Een proactieve, resultaatgerichte en klantgerichte mindset.
Een vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van Engels.
Goede kennis van courante IT-pakketten.
