Werkfunctie Beschrijving Bij onze organisatie werk je samen met experts om ICT-oplossingen te creëren die de maatschappij helpen. Je werkt nauw samen aan het beheer van incidenten om de continuïteit en het vlotte verloop van elektronische communicatie te garanderen. Verantwoordelijkheden De impact van een technisch incident evalueren in termen van zakenrijkheid op het eHealth-platform, partners en softwareleveranciers. Een releasekalender opstellen voor de eHealth-ecosfeer en ervoor zorgen dat alle spelers een consistente release- en implementatieschema hebben. Monitoring- en eventschema's definiëren voor technische stromen om ze te vertalen in zakelijke applicaties. Vaststellen van de capaciteit van het platform om geplande verhogingen te ondersteunen en marges definiëren voor onverwachte gebeurtenissen.
