Overview As a Team Lead within our Data Platform And Cloud Unit, you will merge part‑time consultancy delivery with dynamic team management. You’ll lead and coordinate your team while actively driving business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Shape value propositions and build a knowledge base specific to clients or topics. Ensure your team’s engagement and wellbeing. Maintain client work to stay close to real work and bring fresh expertise to your guidance. Join the Data Platform And Cloud leadership team to shape how we work, grow, and position ourselves in the market. Accelerate your career through leadership responsibility, strategic visibility, and real delivery work. Coach and mentor people while staying hands‑on with clients, strengthening leadership skills such as effective coaching, strategic thinking, performance management, stakeholder alignment, and handling difficult situations. Have genuine influence as part of the core leadership team, shaping direction, culture, values, and client delivery. Tailor the role to your ambitions with optional pillars in account management, commercial work, or talent initiatives. Required Skills Data Platform and Cloud Engineering Skills Leadership in data engineering and cloud architecture. Proficiency in building ELT data pipelines using tools such as Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, Spark, dbt, or related tooling. Mastery of software engineering skills including Git, Python, and SQL. Expertise in cloud engineering with tooling like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Understanding of at least one data platform such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure data services, or AWS data services. Team Lead Skills Consulting experience combined with team management skills. Ability to coordinate projects and ensure team performance. Focus on team engagement, wellbeing, and skill‑building. Experience in client relationship building and business development. Documentation and asset building for knowledge sharing and domain‑specific development.
