Why this role matters We are looking for a Head of Marketing for our $10M‑to‑$100M journey. We’re after someone who has experienced a similar journey as the trusted “#2”, specialising in US‑focused demand‑generation—and now craves full marketing ownership. Our mission is to make marketing the champion of GTM. 1. Make N.Rich a default name‑check in every ABM platform shortlist (brand). 2. Deliver €12 M marketing‑sourced pipeline in year 1 across Inbound and Mixed‑bound motions (demand). 3. Build and develop a team superstar marketing team ABM from Europe to the US. What you’ll own Revenue & Ops Alignment Drive a tight Mixed‑bound rhythm with Sales Development—marketing warms ICP accounts, SDRs convert them, feedback loops refine targeting. Partner with RevOps on attribution and funnel instrumentation; enforce data hygiene in HubSpot. US‑centric Demand‑Generation Engine Architect an account‑based GTM spanning Inbound, Mixed‑bound and Partner motions. Leverage N.Rich and composable tools to enrich, segment and personalise outreach at scale. Embed AI across copy, creative, targeting and ops—target ≥ 20 % efficiency gain versus industry benchmarks. Lead the full marketing function Own global marketing vision, strategy and budget—brand, demand, product, partner, comms and advocacy. Manage six reports; set OKRs, run weekly sprints and quarterly retros; hire US‑focused specialists as we scale. Champion N.Rich culture: bias for action, AI‑first mindset, radical candor. Brand, Awareness & Thought Leadership Launch TOFU programs—reports, podcasts, social series—to lift ICP direct traffic + branded search. Build influencer & community strategy that turns external experts into evangelists. Craft the category narrative and visual identity; act as spokesperson with press, analysts and influencers. Product & Customer Marketing Direct the Product Marketing Manager on positioning, launches and competitive intel. Co‑own customer‑marketing flywheel with CS—references, case studies, advocacy events—that feed NRR and new ARR. Partner & Ecosystem Marketing Identify, recruit and co‑market with tech vendors, agencies and consultancies that complement N.Rich. Design agile, low‑overhead side‑events—dinners, micro‑workshops, co‑hosted webinars—that convert partner reach into pipeline. Build partner playbooks—value prop, enablement kits, joint campaigns—and align with the Partnerships team on tiering and success metrics. Must‑haves 7–10 yrs senior hands‑on demand‑generation or growth leadership (e.g., Senior Director, VP level)—a true operator who has scaled from ≈ €10 M to €100 M ARR in the US market. Proven track record owning €10 M+ pipeline targets, brand KPIs and partner‑sourced revenue goals. Hands‑on with unbundled ABM/data tools like Clay for enrichment, AI‑assisted research and hyper‑personalised outbound. Experience building partner ecosystems and running joint campaigns, micro‑events and co‑marketing motions. Mastery of ABM/ABX, intent targeting, multi‑thread orchestration and sales‑marketing SLAs. Operator who creates themes, writes copy, runs ads, cracks attribution models—then scales team. Fluent in Gen‑AI tooling; prefers AI over head‑count where practical. Hands‑on experience of what good looks like in scaling a US demand‑gen engine for a $100K+ ACV GTM motion. MBA or equivalent Master’s in Marketing/Business. Nice‑to‑haves Prior experience of marketing to marketers, revops or sales. Conference speaker able to evangelise N.Rich globally.
