Let's talk about you

Very excited to speak with candidates who have or hold:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's degree) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, especially in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, or IT Operations Management.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • Experience with solutioning and delivering complex enterprise technology implementations.
  • Experience identifying and resolving potential trade-offs or conflicts among technical solutions options and the ability to align this with business outcomes or impacts.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly translate theoretical concepts into practical outcomes that deliver business value.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, as well as either Dutch or French.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Ideally, you:

  • Have experience with general technology implementation and software development lifecycle experience.
  • Have experience in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle, Agile Management.
  • Obtained certifications in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management, and ITIL.
