Als operationeel manager voor Antwerpen ben je de sleutelfiguur die de dagelijkse (lees: nachtelijke) logistieke operaties in goede banen leidt. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze cruciale producten en informatie elke ochtend stipt en foutloos hun bestemming bereiken. Je bent de coach en drijvende kracht van onze nachtploegen, waarbij je talenten ontwikkelt en processen optimaliseert. Je staat in voor de vlekkeloze uitvoering van onze distributieprocessen, met focus op efficiëntie, nauwkeurigheid en timing. Dit is een kaderfunctie met directe rapportering aan het management, wat je veel impact en de nodige autonomie geeft. Bewezen ervaring in operationeel leidinggeven (bij voorkeur in een logistieke, distributie- of productieomgeving). Een coachende en inspirerende leider die niet aarzelt om de handen uit de mouwen te steken (zin voor actie is essentieel).
