Fonction
En tant qu'Engineering Manager, vous êtes responsable de l'organisation, la coordination et l'implémentation de projets engineering à large portée. Vous êtes responsable du service engineering, de ses budgets, ses objectifs ainsi que de la qualité et la sécurité.
Vos responsabilités consisteront entre autres à :
- Superviser le développement et la validation de projets pour en assurer la fiabilité et la fonctionnalité;
- Superviser les budgets et ressources du service;
- Superviser les intervenants concernés par le projet (internes et externes) afin d'assurer le passage du projet à la mise en service opérationnelle;
- Planifier, diriger et coordonner les activités de l'équipe d'ingénierie pour assurer le bon suivi du projet, du calendrier, du budget et gérer les risques;
- Maintenir sa propre sécurité et la sécurité de ses collègues conformément aux instructions, normes et aux règles de l'entreprise;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion de projet pour coordonner et gérer les projets en cours et s'assurer de la clareté des indicateurs clés pour chaque intervenant;
- Participer activement à l'élaboration des normes de projet;
- Analyser et surveiller l'avancement par rapport aux plans de projet; mettre en œuvre et gérer les changements de projet et mettre à jour les plans; préparer et présenter des rapports d'étape définissant les progrès, les défis et les solutions.
Qualification et Expérience requise :
- Vous possédez une expérience significative dans une fonction similaire;
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ingénieur à orientation mécanique;
- Vous possédez une expérience confirmée dans la gestion et l'exécution de projets;
- Vous maîtrisez la suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project);
- Vous avez la capacité à cerner rapidement les problèmes liés au projet et de mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives;
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et des projets;
- Vous êtes orienté solution.
Langues :
- Maitrise du français et de l'anglais;
- La connaissance du néerlandais est un plus.
