What happens when critical infrastructure projects lack the right leadership? Delays, inefficiencies, and safety risks can escalate quickly. Without skilled professionals, ensuring the reliable execution of high-voltage electrical networks becomes a challenge.
Success of Engineering Projects mostly relies on key individuals demonstrating Intrapreneurial Leadership, and the best way to develop these skills is through hands-on consulting roles—working alongside established intrapreneurs in international companies, contributing to managing stakeholders' engagement, workflows' reliability, or solutions' sustainability.

The experience we are actively looking for:
- Master's degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering.
- Strong background in project management, with a track record of handling complex infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge and experience in high-voltage electrical networks.
- Strong sense of responsibility and structured organizational skills.
- Effective and assertive communicator, able to work in a team-oriented and client-driven environment.
- Minimum B2 proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant are:
Completion Role:
- Define, analyze, and design electrical infrastructure projects (380, 220, 150, 70, and 36 kV).
- Develop preliminary designs, estimate project budgets, and plan execution schedules.
- Implement and oversee project execution until commissioning and administrative closure.
- Prepare tender documents and actively participate in the procurement process.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting to team leaders.
- Evaluate and assess required and available resources for project execution.
- Manage and coordinate on-site execution with relevant entities (suppliers, contractors, etc.).
- Ensure project completion through autonomous execution with structured reporting to management.
