This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, variety and impact within a growing structure.Process PO and non-PO invoices (2-way & 3-way match), ensuring correct VAT treatment and accurate posting to cost centers and GL accountsHandle employee expense notes in line with company policiesPrepare and execute weekly supplier payments and urgent payments when requiredAct as a key contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding AP and payment queriesMonitor EU cash balance requirements and propose intercompany settlements when neededPrepare and publish monthly AP aging reports and ensure reconciliation between subledger and GLPerform reconciliations (AP, bank, prepaid accounts) and investigate discrepanciesSupport internal and external audits related to Accounts PayableApply incoming cash and support cash collection activities for dedicated marketsFollow up on outstanding receivables, manage reminders and resolve invoice variancesProactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyExperience: 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, AR, or a similar operational finance role within an international environmentLanguages: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong assetQualifications: Degree or training in accounting, finance or equivalent experienceCompetitive salary package in line with experienceFull-time permanent contractExposure to international finance operations and complex processesCollaborative team environment with room for initiative and improvement projectsHybrid working possibilities and flexible working hours (depending on role and location)Additional benefits such as meal vouchers, insurance coverage and performance-related advantages Payments, Bank, Payments, Intercompany, Supplier payment, European Languages, Company policies, Cash Balance, FMCG, Billing, Cash Collection, Asset, A&R, Proactivity, Finance, Settlement, Accounts Payable, Treatment, Training, Costcenter, AccountingJBRP1_BE
