Prêt à briller ? En tant que Operation Manager, vous dirigez la gestion quotidienne et opérationnelle de notre équipe, responsable de la distribution d'électricité dans les terminaux de l'aéroport de Bruxelles, avec un clin d'œil au monde passionnant de la gestion technique, 24/7.
Quelles sont vos tâches quotidiennes ?
- Coordonner, avec nos chefs d'équipe, une équipe d'environ 8 employés selon un système de rotation continue.
- Diriger une équipe d'environ 15 employés pour l'entretien préventif et correctif des installations électriques de l'aéroport de Bruxelles.
- Être prêt à répondre aux questions techniques de votre équipe et garantir un fonctionnement de haute qualité.
- Assurer le respect strict des protocoles d'entretien (préventif et curatif).
- Rapporter régulièrement à nos clients appréciés.
- Stimuler les améliorations et optimiser les performances techniques.
- Surveiller le budget et veiller au respect de celui-ci.
- Servir de lien entre notre équipe, le client et tous les autres partenaires de l'aéroport.
- Conseiller le client et découvrir de nouveaux besoins.
- Veiller au bien-être et à la sécurité de nos employés, même en dehors des heures de bureau.
- Participer aux services d'urgence, 24/7.
- Rapporter au Manager Opérationnel des Technologies du Bâtiment.
Profil recherché :
- Vous avez un diplôme master d'ingénieur industriel en électromécanique, ou expérience équivalente.
- Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie de l'électricité, des réseaux domestiques aux réseaux industriels.
- Vous êtes un expert en gestion de personnel et vous motivez diverses équipes vers le succès.
- Vous êtes prêt à parfois mettre la main à la pâte pour motiver votre équipe et les soutenir si nécessaire.
- Vous êtes flexible, résistant au stress et ponctuel.
- Vous possédez un permis de conduire B.
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et le français.
