Voor een logistieke speler te Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een pas afgestudeerde Business Performance Analyst. Als Business Performance Analyst verzamel je administratieve en operationele data, om zo specifieke interne vragen van verschillende afdelingen te kunnen beantwoorden. Je beheert de verzamelde data in ons systeem en voert controles uit waar nodig. Je stelt aan de hand van de data de nodige rapporten op. Spelen met data is jouw passie, het vormt voor jou dus geen probleem om kritische analyses, interpretaties en syntheses van de rapportages te maken. Hier sta je natuurlijk niet alleen voor. Je komt terecht in een klein maar dynamisch team en werkt samen met vele andere departementen binnen het bedrijf. Taken? Je draagt bij tot de monitoring, optimalisatie en efficiëntie van onze interne processen. Innovatie en vernieuwing zijn immers belangrijke basiswaarden voor ons. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het cijfermatig onderbouwen van de interne en externe prijsstructuur. Je bent in staat om allerlei lopende projecten van verschillende departementen cijfermatig te ondersteunen. Je bent een leergierige, resultaatgerichte initiatiefnemer. Je houdt van werken met data en je beschikt over een sterk kritisch denkvermogen. Bovendien beschik je over de nodige communicatie skills om met onze verschillende departementen samen te kunnen werken. Onze ideale kandidaat is logisch, stipt, nauwkeurig en bezit de nodige vaardigheden om collega's te motiveren. Je beschikt ook...
