As their customer base grows rapidly, they're expanding the engineering team—and would love to have you on board.About the RoleThey're looking for a Full Stack or Backend .NET Developer to help build the next generation of our platform. You'll work within the In-House Development team to develop new features, improve performance, and ensure their system remains secure, scalable, and easy to use.This is a payroll (internal employee) role with a hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite in their Antwerp office, offering strong collaboration with a talented and passionate team.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain core backend services using .NET 8Build and enhance front-end features using Angular (for full-stack applicants)Design, improve, and scale microservices powering our integration platformCollaborate with the team to brainstorm technical solutions and improve architectureEnsure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and clean development practicesContribute to API design, database structure, and system performance improvementsWhat They're Looking ForStrong experience with .NET (preferably .NET 8)Experience with Angular within TypescriptSolid knowledge of REST APIs, cloud concepts, and modern development practicesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testingExperience with SQL or NoSQL databasesA proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to product evolutionAbility to work onsite in Antwerp 3 days per weekEU work eligibility / ability to be employed on payroll in BelgiumWhat They OfferA full-time payroll position in a stable, fast-growing SaaS scale-upUp to €6k gross per month - Dependent on ability and experienceFlexibility with hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Electric Company Car and Charging CardMeal VouchersEco VouchersHospitalisation InsuranceLaptopNet AllowancesOpportunities for rapid professional growth in a high-impact environmentA collaborative culture where your ideas genuinely matterIf this sounds like the next step in your software career - Apply Below
