Functieomschrijving:
- Je analyseert storingen op vol automatische productie-installaties en lost deze op.
- Je optimaliseert geautomatiseerde productie-installaties wat betreft productie-output, kwaliteit en technische betrouwbaarheid.
- Je voert preventieve en correctieve/curatieve onderhoudstaken uit.
- Je identificeert, herstelt of vervangt defecte systemen of onderdelen van industriële geautomatiseerde installaties conform reglementering, machinevoorschriften, documentatie.
- Je krijgt de nodige opleiding en ondersteuning en geeft deze door naar jouw collega's.
- Je wordt nauw betrokken bij de introductie van nieuwe installaties, processen en nieuwe wagenmodellen.
- Je werkt in teamverband samen met collega-techniekers.
Onze geknipte kandidaat:
- Heeft een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur een Bachelor Energietechnologie, Elektromechanica, of 7e specialisatiejaar elektrische installatietechnieken, meet- en regeltechnieken, met ervaring of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Toont een interesse voor automatisatie, PLC, robotsturingen.
- Heeft een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Heeft ervaring met geautomatiseerde productielijnen en PLC-gestuurde machines.
- Neemt zelf initiatief en toont de wil om te groeien en kennis uit te breiden.
- Heeft een passie voor de laatste technologische ontwikkelingen.
- Is bereid in de vaste nacht te werken.
