Over de functie Als AI Specialist draag je bij aan een innovatief R&D-project dat gericht is op het ontwikkelen van nieuwe AI-oplossingen op basis van bestaande data. De focus ligt op het experimenteren met en valideren van machine-learningmodellen, en deze vervolgens op een performante en schaalbare manier in productie brengen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Ontwerpen, trainen en optimaliseren van ML-modellen op basis van bestaande data. Ontwikkelen van voorspellende modellen voor verkooptrends, klantgedrag en productinteresse. Opzetten van pipelines voor preprocessing, training en evaluatie. Modellen efficiënt deployen naar productie-omgevingen (bijv. via Docker, REST-API's, cloudplatformen). Meedenken over infrastructuur en workflows (DevOps-ervaring is een plus). Samenwerken met backend- en frontend-developers om modellen te integreren in applicaties. Monitoren en finetunen van modelprestaties na deployment. Wat we zoeken Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Computer Science, AI, of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Minstens 3 jaar ervaring met machine learning (bijv. Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Ervaring met het deployen van modellen via tools zoals FastAPI, Flask, Docker en CI/CD. DevOps-kennis (bijv. GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, cloudplatformen zoals AWS, GCP of Azure) is een grote plus. Je bent analytisch én pragmatisch: je denkt mee, maar zorgt ook dat dingen afkomen. Een teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Nice to have Ervaring met TypeScript en Node.js (voor integratie met bestaande applicaties of backend-ontwikkeling).
