Als Processing Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en beheren van alle operationele aspecten van het verwerkingsproces. Je leidt een team van toegewijde professionals en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse activiteiten soepel verlopen.
Verantwoordelijkheden:- Je gaat coachend leiding geven aan 5 teamleaders en werknemers.
- Je zet mens en machine efficiënt en planmatig in om te zorgen dat de objectieven betreffende kwaliteit, productiviteit, rendement en kostprijs gerealiseerd worden.
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en ploegoverdracht binnen het team en een goede samenwerking met de technische dienst en de kwaliteitsafdeling.
- People manager: je weet jouw team in verbetertrajecten te enthousiasmeren en je motiveert hen in hun verdere professionele ontwikkeling.
- Je zorgt voor de optimale voortgang op technisch en kwalitatief vlak door het garanderen van de supply chain, regelen van preventief onderhoud, analyseren en bespreken van de kwaliteitsproblemen en aangeven van verbeterprojecten zodat topics als stilstanden en waste tot een minimum beperkt worden.
- Je draagt veiligheid binnen je team en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verhoging van veiligheid in je plant.
- Je kijkt kritisch naar vooropgestelde KPI's, analyseert deze en maakt rapportages op voor het management team.
- Je rapporteert aan de Convenience Manager.
- Luisterend leiderschap met oog voor techniek, mens en kwaliteit.
- Je hebt Master/Bachelor denk- en werkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar operationele werkervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
- Ervaring met continuous improvement, Lean (5S, SMED, Kanban,…) is een pluspunt.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Franse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Inspirator, coach en motivator, in staat mensen mee te krijgen.
- Resultaat- en oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent communicatief en bent graag de verbindende factor binnen je team en naar andere afdelingen toe.
