Process Analyst

We are looking for a Process Analyst with experience in payments to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the analysis, optimization, and implementation of payment processes, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end payment processes (SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for IT
• Support the implementation of process improvements and system changes
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2, compliance frameworks)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, compliance, and business teams
• Contribute to testing activities (UAT) and validate implemented changes
• Monitor process performance and define KPIs

Profile

• 3–7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in payments
• Strong knowledge of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, or instant payments)
• Experience within banking or financial services is required
• Solid understanding of process modelling (BPMN or similar)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory)
