WAT IS EEN IT-PROJECTMANAGER BIJ CREAM?
Als projectmanager zoals Pierre moet je grote IT-projecten beheren en coördineren, met veel klanten communiceren om hun vereisten te verzamelen en het project van de kick-off tot de oplevering te volgen.
JOUW TAKEN :
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en monitoring van alle interne activiteiten van dit project:
- Scope: De scope van het project begrijpen en laten valideren bij de start van het project.
- Zet een change management proces op om de verankering in de bestaande organisatie te garanderen.
- Planning: Maak volgens een methodologie (Prince 2, Agile, ...) een planning om het project op tijd op te leveren. Deze planning moet worden gevalideerd in de stuurgroep.
- Middelen: Plan de behoeften aan projectmiddelen in nauwe samenwerking met de betrokken teamleiders
- Budget: Te allen tijde het budget bijhouden en bewaken, alle medewerkers uitdagen over schattingen en actuals
- Risico's en problemen: Voortdurende opvolging van risico's en problemen, inclusief risicobeperkende acties en escalaties
- Kwaliteit: In samenwerking met de PRQM (Project Quality Manager) zorgen voor kwaliteit in projectresultaten en governance, resultaatmeting, KPI's, maandelijkse key events
- Stakeholders: Zorg voor goede relaties met alle belanghebbenden van het project
HOE STELLEN WE ONS ONZE TOEKOMSTIGE CONSULTANT VOOR?
- Je hebt tussen 5 en 10 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement of programmamanagement
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van projectmanagement tools, waaronder: MS Project, Clarity, Jira, SAP, ...
- Je kan project deadlines halen en kwalitatief hoogstaande deliverables afleveren
- Je hebt zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, een goede kennis van het Frans is ook vereist
- Je hebt een certificatie in Prince 2 of PMI of Agile methodologieën
- Een ervaring in de bank-verzekerings- en/of transport- en/of telecomsector kan een echte troef zijn
