Information Technology Project Manager / AI Project ManagerTrendskout is een AI bedrijf dat Artificiële Intelligentie toegankelijker wil maken. Dit doen we met ons eigen ontwikkeld AI-Platform dat we rechtstreeks aanbieden aan verschillende types organisaties. We richten ons hierbij voornamelijk op Sales AI, en helpen bedrijf om meer omzet te realiseren en tijdrovende taken te automatiseren. Je komt terecht in een klein maar gezellig team met een zeer open en aangename sfeer dat een pionier is in Artificiële Intelligentie. We zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde mensen die samen met ons team de voorhoede willen vormen in de AI revolutie.Als AI Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:Klanten begeleiden tijdens de trialperiode (bij ons is een trial een project): van kick-off en solution design tot configuratie van ons AI-platform en evaluatie van de resultaten.De data scientists en developers opvolgen die aan jouw projecten werken: je begrijpt de technische keuzes (modellen, data pipelines, integraties) en kan inhoudelijk meepraten, challengen en prioriteiten bepalen.Hoewel het merendeel van de meetings online doorgaat: Klanten bezoeken in België en Nederland om workshops, intake- en reviewmeetings te doen (ongeveer 1 keer per 2 weken een klantbezoek in Nederland). Je eigen klantenportfolio beheren: opvolgen van gebruik en performantie van onze AI-oplossingen, KPI’s monitoren, risico’s of upsell-opportuniteiten detecteren en de algemene klanttevredenheid bewaken.De requirements bij klanten in kaart brengen, zowel business- als technische requirements (databronnen, API-koppelingen, datakwaliteit, security & privacy), en die vertalen naar de functionaliteit en configuratie van ons product.De communicatie met de klant tijdens de implementatie sturen: verwachtingen managen, scope en planning afstemmen, technische afhankelijkheden helder krijgen en de brug vormen tussen de klant en ons interne (data science / engineering) team.Rapportering verzorgen naar de klant over de resultaten van de eerste use cases: AI-output en modelperformance (scores, voorspellingen, dashboards) interpreteren en deze concreet koppelen aan de business case en ROI van de klant.Actief meedenken hoe we het product verder kunnen verbeteren: feedback uit projecten terugkoppelen, nieuwe features of integraties voorstellen en samen met het team nadenken over nieuwe AI-use cases.Een AI Project Manager beschikt over:een sterke technische achtergrond, bvb. developer/data scientist die switch naar Project Management wil maken,je hebt programmeer-ervaring, maar hoeft in deze functie niet te programmeren,een IT gerelateerd technisch diploma,ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, ervaring in B2B SaaS is een grote plus,sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden,kennis van AI-concepten, en een sterk analytisch vermogen.Wij bieden jou:een motiverende job in een innovatief bedrijf,aantrekkelijke verloning met bedrijfswagen, tankkaart, laptop, gsm, onkostenvergoeding, extralegale voordelen, regelmatige teambuildings etc.een aangename werksfeerfulltime tewerkstelling met mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk, part-time is ook bespreekbaar maar afhankelijk van de kandidaat.
