Als Senior/Medior System Engineer "Cloud" is het jouw taak om de bestaande infrastructuur te onderhouden om een maximale beschikbaarheid van de diensten van onze klanten te garanderen. En je rol houdt daar niet op In deze functie zal je jouw technische kennis voortdurend kunnen ontwikkelen dankzij de verschillende projecten waarbij je betrokken zal zijn. Je werkt in een zeer interessante technische omgeving (verspreid over twee datacenters) die mee evolueert. Je zal betrokken zijn bij projecten voor verschillende soorten klanten en organisaties. Als Medior/Senior System Engineer Cloud maak je deel uit van ons Managed IT Solutions (MIT) team. Na het volgen van een opleiding, ben je : Een drijvende kracht in de ontwikkeling van onze oplossing. Hiermee wordt beoogd enerzijds de veiligheid/betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren en anderzijds de functionaliteiten te ontwikkelen, om een competitief product op de markt te blijven Verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van onze verkopers tijdens de presales fase om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk te adviseren Verantwoordelijk voor de technische aspecten van de migratieprojecten van onze klanten naar onze cloudoplossingen Must-have: Bachelor of Master in IT Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring, idealiter in een gedeeld infrastructuurbeheer voor meerdere klanten VMware-expertise: goede kennis van en ervaring met vCenter, DVS, vMotion, storage vMotion, DRS, storage profile, vCloud, vRops Ervaring met het opzetten en beheren van storage (Dell PowerStore, Lenovo Storwize) Beheersing van de verschillende parameters die het mogelijk maken een opslagruimte correct te dimensioneren (IOPS, deduplicatie, compressie, cache, ...)
