Wij zoeken een (Senior) Management Consultant die verantwoordelijk is voor het optimaliseren van operationele processen bij diverse klanten, van KMO's tot multinationals. Je begeleidt verbeterprojecten en zorgt voor duurzame resultaten in kwaliteit, doorlooptijden en kosten.

We werken met KMO's, grote ondernemingen en multinationals in België, Nederland en daarbuiten. Locatie: België met mogelijkheid tot internationale opdrachten

  • In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van consulting- en trainingsopdrachten op het gebied van Operational Excellence.
  • Je werkt samen met diverse klanten, van KMO's tot multinationals, om hun operationele processen te optimaliseren.
  • Je begeleidt verbeterprojecten, faciliteert Lean assessments en Kaizen workshops, en implementeert oplossingen die leiden tot duurzame verbeteringen in kwaliteit, doorlooptijden en kosten.
  • Als (Senior) Management Consultant ben je van begin tot eind betrokken bij het traject, van probleemstelling en analyse tot implementatie en borging van de resultaten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en collega's om de hoogste standaarden te waarborgen.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
  • Projectplanning en uitvoering: Ontwikkelen van projectplannen, definiëren van doelstellingen en beheren van het project van begin tot eind.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Samenwerken met klanten op alle niveaus om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten in lijn zijn met hun behoeften en verwachtingen.
  • Risicobeheer: Identificeren van potentiële risico's en ontwikkelen van strategieën om deze te mitigeren.
  • Communicatie: Zorgen voor duidelijke en consistente communicatie met alle betrokkenen, en het rapporteren van voortgang en resultaten.
  • Continue verbetering: Identificeren van kansen voor procesverbetering en implementeren van best practices in Lean en projectmanagement.
Kwalificaties en ervaring
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een relevante rol, zoals procesingenieur, Continuous Improvement manager, Lean champion of Supply Chain consultant.
  • Uitmuntende projectmanagementvaardigheden, bij voorkeur ondersteund door een PMP-certificering of vergelijkbare kwalificatie.
  • Bewezen ervaring in het beheren van meerdere projecten tegelijk, met een scherp oog voor detail en deadlines.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus. Kennis van de Franse taal is een pluspunt.
  • Een passie voor Operational Excellence eneen sterke affiniteit met Lean-methodologieën.
