Our ingredients are used in a wide range of applications: from beverages and baby food to dairy, bakery, confectionery, cereals, soups, sauces, and even animal nutrition.By turning global megatrends such as healthy ageing, energy and weight management, and digestive health into innovative solutions, BENEO helps create successful food products that meet today's consumer needs.To strengthen our team in Tienen, Belgium, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to drive growth for our functional nutrition, supplements, and savoury ingredients across the Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics.SALES MANAGERFunctional Nutrition, Supplements and SavoryKey ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the existing BENEO customer portfolio.Drive business development by acquiring new customers, identifying new product ideas and applications.Develop and implement the commercial and strategic business plan for your region.Achieve business objectives and manage trade receivables in close collaboration with the Business Control department.Provide accurate, timely, and concise reporting on your business performance, market trends, and competitor activities, including market intelligence. Coordinate Commercial Technical Service activities and act as the point of contact for Supply Chain and Sales Administration.Plan and execute marketing initiatives in alignment with Group Marketing strategies.Report to the Area Sales Manager.Key Qualifications Master's degree in Economics, Commercial Engineering, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Engineering, Bio-Chemistry, food technology or a related fieldAffinity with food industry and/or food ingredientsStrong communication and analytical skills with the ability to build lasting relationshipsCommercial mindsetFluent in English, additional languages welcome.Willingness to travel up to 40% of your working time, with approximately 60% in the Benelux, 30% in the Nordics and 10% in the Baltics.At least once a week you will be required to be in the Tienen office.OfferAn exciting role within a financially stable company recognized as a leader in its field.Join a dynamic, results-driven team that has achieved impressive growth over recent years.A competitive salary package that reflects your experience and contribution.Opportunities for professional growth, with increasing responsibilities as you develop.A chance to connect with our team and learn more about BENEO during your first interview.ContactCall Ralf Gutschoven on +32 (0)478 43 61 68 for more info (also via WhatsApp) or an application.
