About Our Client
Our client is an established investment management organisation based in Brussels , operating in an international and highly regulated environment. The offices are easily accessible and offer the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders on strategic compliance matters.
Job Description
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the compliance and risk framework
- Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements
- Oversee AML/CFT activities and participate in related control and reporting processes
- Support interactions with regulators , supervisory authorities and regulatory filings
- Assess and monitor outsourced service providers and ICT-related risks
- Provide compliance support across fund operations , including investment monitoring and conflict assessments
- Participate in regulatory analyses supporting new jurisdictions, fundraising activities and cross-border operations
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Law, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Compliance position
- Experience within an AIFM, investment fund, private equity, venture capital, asset management or another regulated financial services organisation
- Fluent in English ; French and/or Dutch are valuable assets
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance controls and risk management practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply evolving regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders
