Functieomschrijving Ben jij een ervaren Salesforce-specialist met een passie voor het optimaliseren en automatiseren van bedrijfsprocessen? Wij zoeken een Solution Consultant Salesforce (Grant Management) die organisaties helpt om maximale waarde uit Salesforce te halen. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten om hun behoeften te analyseren en innovatieve oplossingen te ontwerpen, configureren, testen en implementeren. Dankzij jouw sterke analytische vaardigheden en consultancy-ervaring weet je klanten te begeleiden in hun beslissingen en draag je bij aan succesvolle projecten. Verantwoordelijkheden Samenwerken met klanten om hun zakelijke behoeften en uitdagingen te begrijpen. Omzetten van klantvereisten in effectieve Salesforce-oplossingen, waarbij je best practices toepast. Configureren en aanpassen van Salesforce-applicaties om op maat gemaakte oplossingen te leveren. Werken in multidisciplinaire teams om Salesforce-oplossingen te ontwerpen, documenteren en implementeren binnen de afgesproken planning en budgetten. Ondersteunen bij testen, training en nazorg om een succesvolle adoptie van Salesforce te garanderen Profiel Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Salesforce. Expertise in één of meerdere Salesforce-applicaties, bij voorkeur Service Cloud, Experience Cloud en Public Sector Solutions. Kennis van Marketing Cloud is een plus. Minimaal 2 geldige Salesforce-certificeringen, zoals Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder of Service Cloud Consultant. Sterke consultancyvaardigheden, waaronder het begeleiden van klanten en het leiden van workshops. Analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen om complexe zakelijke uitdagingen aan te pakken. Ervaring met het configureren en optimaliseren van procesautomatisering en Flows. Kennis van het inrichten van Salesforce-email- en documenttemplates, custom objects & fields, paginalay-outs, beveiligingsinstellingen (profielen, permissiesets, enz.), Lightning Web Components en Visualforce. Ervaring met internationale en virtuele teams. Stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden om tot de gewenste resultaten te komen. Proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding, met een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin. Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden om samen te werken met klanten, collega's en Salesforce. Ervaring met pre-sales activiteiten, zoals het opstellen van voorstellen en geven van demo's. Kennis van de Agile Scrum-methodologie. Ervaring me...
