SHIELD est une asbl dont les membres sont des hôpitaux et des établissements d'enseignement supérieur en Belgique. SHIELD a pour vocation de mettre à disposition de ses membres des services mutualisés leur permettant d’augmenter le niveau de maturité de leur cyber sécurité et de progressivement se rendre conforme aux exigences de NIS2. Les services consistent notamment à harmoniser les solutions techniques et les processus de gouvernance de ses membres.
Créé il y a un an, SHIELD a considérablement augmenté son nombre de membres partout en Belgique. Fort de cette croissance, SHIELD recherche un Junior Security Governance Officer afin d’offrir les services de SHIELD à ses membres francophones.
ResponsabilitésEn tant qu’auditeur confirmé dans l’évaluation du niveau de maturité des membres au regard des framework CyFun et ISO27001, vous serez à même de dilligenter un certain nombre d’assessments et d’audits. Vous serez également amené à coacher un profil junior.
Vos tâches consisteront notamment à :
- Mettre en place une architecture de gouvernance de la sécurité mutualisée.
- Élaborer des mises en œuvre uniformes et des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP) applicables à l’ensemble de nos membres.
- Asseser le niveau de maturité de la cybersécurité de nos membres et en faire le suivi régulier.
- Aider nos membres à définir et mettre en place une feuille de route afin de tendre progressivement vers les exigences de NIS2.
- Mettre en place des groupes de travail avec nos membres pour identifier les meilleures pratiques du secteur.
- Vous disposez d’un bachelier ou d’un master.
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans en tant qu’auditeur / consultant GRC dans le domaine de la sécurité informatique.
- Vous êtes francophone et maîtrisez l’anglais et/ou le néerlandais.
- Vous maîtrisez la norme ISO27001 (la connaissance de CyFun est un atout) et vous êtes certifié ISO27001 lead auditor ou prêt à le devenir.
- Vous avez une connaissance des différents outils, cadres, techniques et meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité, tels que OWASP, NIST, CIS ainsi que des solutions de sécurité telles que les pare-feu, XDR, IAM, WAF.
- Vous avez des capacités d'analyse et de réflexion critique.
- Vous êtes méthodique et structuré dans votre travail.
- Vous aimez communiquer et animer des réunions.
- Vous faites preuve d’autonomie dans votre travail et aimez prendre des initiatives.
