Ben jij een HR-expert die graag impact maakt? Wil je werken in een dynamische omgeving waarin je het verschil kunt maken? Onze klant is op zoek naar een HR Business Partner die het HR-beleid naar een hoger niveau tilt
Wat ga je doen?
- Je werkt nauw samen met het management van de Infra Unit om HR-behoeften te identificeren en acties te ondernemen die de strategie ondersteunen.
- Je begeleidt veranderingsprocessen en bewaakt de cultuur van de organisatie.
- Je biedt advies bij complexe vragen over sociale wetgeving.
- Je stuurt het volledige staffingproces: van onboarding tot exit.
- Je coacht leidinggevenden en zorgt voor strategische personeelsplanning.
- Je bouwt mee aan een sterk trainings- en leiderschapsbeleid.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor syndicaal overleg.
- Je werkt aan HR-projecten die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR Director en volgt HR KPI's op.

Vereisten
Jouw profiel:
- Je hebt een bachelor of master in HRM, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt goede kennis van HRM-technieken en sociale wetgeving.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en communicatief sterk.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
- Je werkt graag hands-on, flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
