Jobomschrijving
- Lead and manage all IT operations for the manufacturing facility, ensuring reliable and secure technology services.
- Partner with regional and global IT teams to align local technology initiatives with corporate standards and strategic objectives.
- Oversee infrastructure environments, including networks, servers, end‑user computing, telecommunications, and related systems.
- Support and enhance enterprise applications, including ERP platforms, to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Drive the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business‑critical systems and technology solutions.
- Manage IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate technology upgrades, system integrations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to end‑user support activities, ensuring high levels of service and user satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards.
- Act as a trusted technology partner to business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and performance through technology.
