Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Business Controller pour l'un de nos clients actifs dans le secteur de l'aviation et basé aux alentours de Mons. Cette entreprise est une filiale d'un groupe industriel français historique, fondé il y a plus de 100 ans et spécialisé dans l'aéronautique. Ce groupe, présent sur quatre continents, se positionne comme un acteur majeur dans son domaine. Créée dans les années 2010, cette filiale connaît une croissance fulgurante, passant de quelques employés à plusieurs centaines de collaborateurs à travers le monde. Bien que son impact sur l'industrie soit significatif, cette entreprise opère avec une grande discrétion, étant reconnue principalement par les professionnels du secteur plutôt que par le grand public. Concernant sa culture d'entreprise, elle se distingue par une forte autonomie accordée à ses collaborateurs, les responsabilisant pleinement dans leurs missions. Agir comme le conseiller financier pour les Project Managers dans le cadre de projets internationaux Élaborer, actualiser et veiller à la cohérence du business plan en fonction des projets en cours Accompagner les équipes commerciales dans la définition de la stratégie financière Assurer la gestion des relations avec les actionnaires et les investisseurs Suivre les KPIs et élaborer des rapports financiers Optimiser la gestion des ressources et du budget afin de maximiser la rentabilité des projets Etudes supérieures en Finance, Sciences de Gestion ou Economie vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, ainsi qu'une capacité à synthétiser et présenter des informations complexes.
