Payroll Supervisor | Function
  • Lead and oversee a dynamic payroll department
  • Handle payroll processing for clients requiring special attention and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Act as both a collaborative team member and a strong leader to motivate and support the team
  • Assist the HR & Payroll Director in business development, including engaging with potential clients and negotiating contracts
Payroll Supervisor | Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English, plus fluency in either Dutch or French
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, with proven expertise in team management
  • Experience in outsourcing firms or in a social secretariat
