• Suivre et gérer efficacement les fournisseurs : traiter toutes les informations nécessaires, envoyer des rappels de paiement en temps utile.
• Suivre de près la facturation, entre autres en introduisant les budgets des clients.
• Établir des factures.
• Introduire et traiter les adaptations dans la comptabilité analytique.
• Traiter les différentes demandes d'information des services internes et préparer des rapports.
• Vous avez une formation en comptabilité et plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
• Vous maîtrisez la comptabilité et la comptabilité analytique.
• Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Vous êtes orienté clients et résultats.
• Vous avez un sens aigu des responsabilités et faites preuve d'une réflexion analytique.
