About the RoleResponsibilities

Prospect & Qualify Leads – Identify and engage finance leaders, CFOs, and FP&A teams at enterprise companies using tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Manage & Optimize the Sales Pipeline – Track and nurture leads through the sales cycle, ensuring high conversion rates.

Prepare & Organize Key Meetings – Assist in setting up and structuring sales calls, stakeholder discussions, and executive briefings.

Join & Represent Predikt at Industry Events – Attend finance, FP&A, and SaaS industry conferences to expand our network and generate leads.

Prepare & Deliver Product Demos & Workshops – Work with the team to run engaging demo sessions and tailor workshops for potential customers.

Refine & Professionalize the GTM Strategy & Toolstack – Collaborate with the CEO & Chief of Staff to optimize our sales process, CRM automation, and outreach strategy.

Develop Targeted Outreach Campaigns – Personalize and scale outbound sales efforts through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic follow-ups.

Analyze & Report on Sales Metrics – Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, improve targeting, and optimize sales efficiency.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or a related role. (Startup experience is a plus)

You hold a master degree and have a background in business, strategy or marketing

 A strong "can-do" mentality – You take initiative, solve problems independently, and get things done.

A passion for finance, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making – bonus if you've worked with FP&A, CFOs, or procurement teams.

Strong organizational skills & attention to detail – You can manage multiple conversations, meetings, and tasks without missing a beat.

Proactive & entrepreneurial mindset – You take ownership, test new approaches, and constantly look for ways to improve.

Comfort with sales tools & automation – Familiarity with HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, and other CRM or outreach tools.

Excellent communication & relationship-building skills – You can confidently engage senior decision-makers and adapt messaging to different stakeholders.

Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
