Inside Sales Representative

Types of tasks:- Manage customer orders, changes, and cancellations accurately and on time. - Prepare quotes and provide pricing, delivery, and technical information. - Communicate proactively with customers regarding schedules and delays. - Support Sales Managers and Account Managers with account and technical assistance. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. - Handle returns and coordinate with accounting for credits and debits.- Contribute to process improvement and quality initiatives.Working hours:- Morning: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM- Afternoon: Monday to Thursday from 12:45 PM to 4:45 PM and Friday from 12:45 PM to 3:30 PMProfilWe are looking for a person who:- Detail oriented.- Exceptional listener with excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills.- You must be self-motivated and competitive, but also a team player.- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.- Language: French, English and Dutch- Preferably 2 year experience in an Inside Sales capacity, preferably in a technical environment.OffreYou will have the opportunity to join a dynamic company in a versatile role with varied interactions (clients, suppliers, internal team).Salary will be determined based on experience.Working hours:Morning: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PMAfternoon: Monday to Thursday from 12:45 PM to 4:45 PM and Friday from 12:45 PM to 3:30 PM
