Networking Team LeadRequirements: Bring structure, coaching and guide people in their (future) roles while ensuring efficient project delivery, and maintaining a stable and future-oriented network environment.As Team Lead, you are responsible for both people management and project management. You will independently lead projects within the network team, ensuring strong collaboration, planning, and a robust infrastructure.Responsibilities:• Lead and coach a team of network engineers and a solution architect, including team development and growth guidance.• Establish structure and processes within the team, including ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management) and KPI monitoring.• Plan, monitor, and deliver network projects, ensuring deadlines and quality. • Manage incoming requests and priorities, and set up operational communication channels (chat groups, team meetings) for knowledge sharing and quick response.• Act as a technical sparring partner and contribute to strategic decisions.• Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001) and maintain accurate documentation of changes and procedures.
