Naar aanleiding van de nieuwe activiteit die AMP zal opnemen inzake de distributie van de krantenabonnementen zijn wij op zoek naar 10 Local Quality Operators voor verschillende regio's in Vlaanderen om aan te vangen vanaf januari 2025. Voor regio West-Vlaanderen zoeken we onder meer een Local Quality Operator voor regio Londerzeel/Duisburg/Nossegem/Everberg/Grimbergen/Bertem en omstreken.
- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de kwaliteit betreffende een aantal locaties (ook SUB-HUB's genaamd) van waaruit de krantenrondes vertrekken naar de abonnees.
- Ben je het lokale aanspreekpunt voor de externe firma's die instaan voor het distributieproces van krantenabonnementen in de SUB-HUB's.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Lokaal aanspreekpunt inzake kwaliteit in de nacht voor de externe transportfirma's :
- Als Local Quality Operator ga je regelmatig langs in de SUB-HUB's waar de externe firma's de logistieke activiteiten en de krantenrondes voorbereiden.
- Je monitort de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening zowel proactief als reactief. Je ziet er op toe dat de verschillende stappen van het verdeel- en distributieproces kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd door de externe firma's in overeenstemming met de SLA's (Service Level Agreements).
- Je overlegt constructief met de verantwoordelijke van de dienstverlener indien er problemen worden vastgesteld. Je adviseert en stelt verbeterpunten voor aan de dienstverleners om de kwaliteit te verbeteren. Je baseert je hiervoor onder meer op intern overleg met jouw collega's en leidinggevende.
Je staat in voor de nodige problem solving in de nacht :
- Bij vertragingen tijdens het transport en bij tekorten of overschotten van geleverde aantallen van de kranten, bijlagen of affiches aan de SUB-HUB's doe je operationeel het nodige om in dezelfde nacht maximaal oplossingen uit te werken en te coördineren met als doel de tekorten of overschotten te corrigeren.
- Bij grote problemen stem je vanzelfsprekend steeds eerst af met jouw leidinggevende zodat er eventueel overkoepelend een plan van aanpak overheen meerdere regio's kan gecoördineerd worden waar mogelijk.
Je staat mee in voor de opvolging van klachten :
- Je staat mee in voor de opvolging van allerlei klachten en problemen aangaande de verdeling van de krantenabonnementen en zorgt binnen de afgesproken timing (binnen 48u) voor een antwoord op de klachten binnen uw regio.
- Om de oorzaak van de klachten grondig te achterhalen raadpleeg je verschillende bronnen met informatie, zoals onder meer de dagelijkse rapporteringen van de dienstverleners, of je voert hiervoor het nodige overleg met de dienstverlener om goed te begrijpen wat het probleem was.
- Je neemt elke dag de rapporteringen door die de externe transporteurs voor jouw regio hebben opgemaakt en neemt de gepaste acties om de problemen op te volgen die hierin gemeld worden om gelijkaardige problemen in de toekomst te vermijden.
Je staat mee in voor de opvolging van facturatie:
- Je staat er mee voor in om de voorbereiding van de facturatie dagelijks na te kijken en opmerkingen door te geven volgens de juiste procedure indien nodig.
Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de controles van de externe transporteurs en hun chauffeurs:
- Je staat mee in voor de verplichte controles tijdens de nachtoperaties van de externe transporteurs op de zaken waarmee zij reglementair in orde dienen te zijn ingeval van sociale inspectie.
- Voor bepaalde zaken zijn de controles dagelijks en er zijn ook regelmatig (aangekondigde en onaangekondigde) meer uitgebreide controles ('audits') uit te voeren in samenspraak met jouw leidinggevende.
- Je volgt hierbij de checklijst en richtlijnen die vanuit het transport departement worden aangereikt.
Je ondersteunt operationeel mee bij noodplannen :
- Je werkt in de nachtoperaties actief mee aan de goede uitvoering van de noodplannen voor verschillende mogelijke noodscenario's in overleg met jouw leidinggevende.
- Indien nodig stroop je zelf mee de mouwen op en help je operationeel mee in de operaties om de logistieke activiteiten in de SUB-HUB tijdig rond te krijgen.
- Je rapporteert dagelijks aan jouw leidinggevende over het verloop van de nacht in jouw regio volgens de gemaakte afspraken en format hieromtrent.
- Je denkt ook zelf mee na over best practices met als doelstelling om maximaal efficiënt en uniform te werken in elke regio met de externe firma's.
- Je ondersteunt bij de implementatie van verbeteracties en projecten in samenwerking met de centrale teams en dienstverleners.
- Je neemt actief deel aan opvolgingsvergaderingen met jouw collega's.
- Je fungeert als back-up voor jouw collega's ingeval van afwezigheden.
Werkomstandigheden:
Je werkt gemiddeld 31,25u per week gedurende 5 nachten per week van maandag tot en met zaterdag in een 6-dagen werkregime volgens het volgende rotatieschema:
- Maandag : 02:00-08:00 (zonder pauze)
- Dinsdag : 02:00-08:00 (zonder pauze)
- Woensdag : 02:00-08:00 (zonder pauze)
- Donderdag : 02:00-08:00 (zonder pauze)
- Vrijdag : 02:00-08:00 (zonder pauze)
- Zaterdag : 02:00-10:00 (incl 30 min onbetaalde pauze)
Jouw 2e rustdag valt in week 1 op maandag, in week 2 op dinsdag, in week 3 op woensdag, in week 4 op donderdag, in week 5 op vrijdag en in week 6 op zaterdag.
- In de week waarop jouw rustdag op zaterdag is werk je 30u per week.
- In de andere weken waarop je rustdag in de week valt werk je 31.5u per week, vandaar dat je gemiddeld 31.25u per week werkt.
- Je start normaalgezien eerst met een contract van bepaalde duur van 6 maanden met optie vast contract van onbepaalde duur op termijn.
- Een salarispakket volgens het barema van PC200 volgens klasse C dat rekening houdt met jouw volledige vorige beroepservaring.
- Bovenop jouw loon heb je tevens 20 % nachtpremie.
