JOUW ROL

Als IT & People Manager werk je aan de strategie en uitvoering ervan draag je specifiek voor Digital Workplace de end-to-end eindverantwoordelijkheid om deze grote organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Je leidt een team van service- en productmanagers - met vijf verschillende rapportagelijnen - en zorgt voor een efficiënte, klantgerichte en toekomstbestendige (interne) ICT-dienstverlening. Je zal optreden als het gezicht van de IT-dienst waarbij strategische knopen doorhakken, een roadmap maken voor de toekomst en de implementatie ervan opvolgen belangrijke pijlers in je job zijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leiden en optimaliseren van de operationele IT-services, inclusief service desk en end-user computing
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategische roadmap voor de digital workplace en service desk
  • Beheer van contracten (SLA's), budgetten en relaties met leveranciers/vendors
  • Coachen en motiveren van het team om groei, ownership en resultaatgerichtheid te stimuleren
  • Prioritiseren en structureren van inkomende requests en projecten, met een duidelijke en pragmatische visie
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de ICT-dienst en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders
  • Analyseren en opvolgen van trends binnen de markt en technologie in zijn geheel om de dienstverlening steeds te verbeteren

JIJ

Jouw skills en ervaring:

  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in IT-service management, met focus op digitale werkplekken en service desks. Let op: ervaring als pure Service Desk Manager is in deze onvoldoende
  • Sterke people manager met de vaardigheden om een team te coachen en motiveren
  • Ervaring met contract- en budgetbeheer en het nemen van strategische beslissingen
  • Je beschikt over een sterke visie rond digital workplace door je ervaring met IT-infrastructuur, end-user computing en service management tools
  • Goede communicator en probleemoplosser, stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels zijn vereist, Frans is een plus
