Welcome to a regular day at the office bij Vibe Group.Jouw rol Als Talent Acquisition Consultant ben jij een cruciale schakel in ons groeiverhaal. Je werkt nauw samen met ons commercieel datateam en vertaalt hun noden naar de juiste profielen die mee het verschil maken. Je denkt proactief mee, adviseert je stakeholders en bouwt duurzame samenwerkingen uit. Je gaat actief op zoek naar talent via o.a. LinkedIn, bouwt en onderhoudt je eigen talent pool en begeleidt kandidaten doorheen het volledige selectieproces. De telefoon? Die is inderdaad jouw beste vriend. Je weet kandidaten te enthousiasmeren, te challengen en te overtuigen van hun volgende carrièrestap bij Vibe Group.Daarnaast waak je over een kwalitatieve candidate experience en zorg je ervoor dat elke kandidaat met een positief gevoel terugkijkt op zijn of haar contact met Vibe Group. Zo bouw je niet alleen aan sterke hires, maar ook aan ons employer brand.Wie ben jij? Met jouw commerciële drive zie je kansen en je grijpt ze ook.
