Your role: essential at every production stage As a Senior Production Operator, you'll oversee critical production operations and ensure quality results. Your tasks will include: Preparing and connecting equipment (filters, pumps, centrifuges, etc.) Performing production operations: filtering, centrifuging, suspending plasma fractions Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures Handling equipment cleaning and sanitization (automated and manual) Completing GMP-compliant documentation Supporting teammates, training new colleagues, and contributing to improvements Your profile A1/A2 level in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or equivalent through experience Previous experience in a similar function is a plus Solid knowledge of MS Office ️ Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the second language Detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and a strong team player Willing to work in 2 shifts, including weekends What we offer At Prothya Biosolutions Belgium, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary with excellent fringe benefits A Flex Reward Plan to tailor your benefits to your needs Many vacation days Many opportunities for growth, learning, and development A diverse and inclusive work culture based on mutual respect Ready to make a difference?
