SharePoint & ServiceNow Technical Expert | European InstitutionBrussels (Onsite – up to 2 days remote per week)Start: ASAP | Long-term assignmentEligibility: EU nationals onlyOne of our clients are supporting a major European Institution on a long term programme in Brussels and are looking to strengthen the team responsible for Service Management tools, primarily built on ServiceNow (SaaS) and SharePoint On-Premise.The Role Requirements:Maintaining and evolving an existing role-based CMDB solution built on SharePointLeading a Proof of Concept (PoC) to migrate this solution into the ServiceNow platformDesigning, automating, and structuring enterprise services using ServiceNow and SharePointKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom solutions and manage SharePoint On-Premise environmentsBuild and maintain AngularJS (1.x) applications with efficient data handlingDevelop clean, performant JavaScript (ES5/ES6+) codeConfigure and integrate ServiceNow workflows and modulesAnalyse business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutionsTroubleshoot, optimise, and document existing applicationsDevelop PAM-compliant solutions ensuring secure privileged accessProduce technical documentation, user guides, and training materialsRequired Technical SkillsStrong experience with SharePoint On-PremiseHands-on ServiceNow platform development (workflows, integrations)AngularJS / Angular, JavaScript, jQueryRESTful APIs, JSON, HTML5, CSS3Version control (Git, GitHub, TFS)Active Directory & LDAPUnderstanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) conceptsNice to HaveServiceNow certifications or formal training (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, etc.)Experience with SharePoint REST API / CSOMJava or C# for light customisationKnowledge of SharePoint Online / Office 365Exposure to React or VueLanguagesFluent English and French (spoken and written)Soft SkillsStrong communication and documentation skillsSelf-starter, comfortable working independentlyAnalytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
