Woonpartners ondersteunt de actoren die betaalbaar wonen in Vlaanderen organiseren. Dit doen we met krachtige softwareoplossingen die de totale werking van woonmaatschappijen ondersteunen. In een snel evoluerend technologisch en juridisch landschap zorgen wij ervoor dat onze klanten altijd mee zijn met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen – zonder dat zij zich zorgen hoeven te maken over wetgeving of technische upgrades.

Onze software biedt een geïntegreerd platform dat alle processen binnen woonmaatschappijen stroomlijnt. Van huurbeheer, vastgoedbeheer, klantcommunicatie en financiële administratie tot rapportage. Door automatisering en digitalisering helpen we woonmaatschappijen efficiënter te werken en hun dienstverlening te optimaliseren.

Om onze klanten optimaal te blijven ondersteunen, zoeken wij een gedreven Consultant Customer Care die hen begeleidt in het gebruik van onze software en meewerkt aan technische en procesmatige verbeteringen.

Jouw rol als Consultant Customer Care

Als Consultant Customer Care ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en begeleid je hen in het optimaal gebruik van onze toepassingen. Jouw takenpakket is dynamisch en combineert klantenondersteuning met diepgaand technisch en analytisch werk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteuning & Probleemanalyse

Je biedt eerstelijnsondersteuning aan klanten en helpt hen met vragen over onze software. Voor complexere vraagstukken organiseer je tweedelijnsondersteuning en werk je samen met klanten om specifieke cases te analyseren en op te lossen.

  • Technische Uitvoering & Optimalisatie

Je wisselt calls af met diepgaande opdrachten zoals technische installaties van upgrades, het uitvoeren van database-query's en het bijsturen van handleidingen. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat klanten op de hoogte blijven van software-updates en test je nieuwe functionaliteiten voor een optimale werking.

  • Training & Communicatie

Je geeft trainingen aan eindgebruikers, zowel op afstand als bij klanten ter plaatse. Je onderhoudt intensief contact met klanten, begrijpt hun behoeftes en vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen.

  • Groei & Specialisatie

Je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding in onze toepassingen en de sector. Op termijn krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar Projectmanager en je expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw profiel

  • Technisch & analytisch inzicht

Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT en verschillende systemen. Daarnaast heb je een analytische geest en denk je procesmatig, bijvoorbeeld door ervaring met ERP-implementaties of automatiseringsprojecten.

  • Communicatieve en klantgerichte aanpak

Je bent een communicatieve professional die de noden van klanten begrijpt en hen doelgericht ondersteunt. Je helpt klanten niet alleen met vragen, maar denkt ook proactief mee over verbeteringen en oplossingen.

  • Zelfstandigheid & Samenwerking

Je werkt zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en zoekt actief naar de beste aanpak binnen elk project.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring

Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring met SQL-query's of ERP-systemen is een sterke troef. Daarnaast beheers je het Nederlands uitstekend en kan je je professioneel uitdrukken.
