Construction Package Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Construction Package Supervisor with a focus on underground services installation to play a key role in delivering a major construction project. This is a chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise in underground services installation will directly contribute to the success of a complex, high-profile development.
You'll be working with a team of experienced professionals, bringing your problem-solving skills, technical know-how, and leadership to ensure the project runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving project success – Oversee underground services installation, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Being a key player – Take part in critical meetings, tracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and working with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Keeping things on track – Develop and drive weekly action plans for key activities, ensuring critical tasks are completed.
- Upholding safety and quality – Enforce safety standards, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with engineering and project requirements.
- Managing variations and delays – Assess changes, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain smooth project execution.
- Leading snagging coordination – Work closely with contractors and consultants to close out punch lists and deliver a seamless handover.
- Hands-on site presence – Stay actively engaged in the field, ensuring safe and efficient work practices while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Keeping leadership informed – Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key milestones, ensuring clear communication at all levels.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong project management experience, ideally with MEP or underground services.
- A degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Project management certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- A sharp eye for detail – You take pride in delivering quality work.
- Excellent communication skills – You can confidently engage with contractors, engineers, and leadership teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – You thrive in a fast-moving environment where challenges require quick thinking and collaboration.
- A team player who builds strong relationships – You enjoy working closely with others and believe in driving success through teamwork.
