Business Development Manager – Projets Publics & Privés
En tant que Business Development Manager (f/h/x), vous jouerez un rôle stratégique à travers la prospection, la gestion des appels d'offres et le développement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans les secteurs public et privé. Vous serez en contact direct avec des décideurs et aurez un impact concret sur la croissance de l'entreprise.
Job Description:
Vos missions principales
Développement commercial & prospection
- Identifier et analyser les cahiers des charges publics et privés en lien avec les activités et les ambitions stratégiques.
- Détecter de nouvelles opportunités et rencontrer activement des prospects pour élargir le portefeuille clients.
- Développer et entretenir un réseau solide dans le secteur d'activité.
Gestion des appels d'offres & stratégie de réponse
- Coordonner la construction des dossiers d'offre en collaboration avec les experts internes (Bureau d'études, Project Manager, Achats, Services supports…).
- Défendre les offres auprès des clients et maximiser les chances de succès.
- Participer activement aux réunions de lancement de nouveaux projets.
Networking & veille stratégique
- Organiser et/ou participer à des événements clients afin de renforcer la visibilité et développer de nouveaux partenariats.
- Effectuer une veille stratégique pour identifier les tendances et nouvelles opportunités de marché.
- Contribuer au développement et à la gestion des outils de communication externe.
Candidate Profile:
Formation & expérience
- Ingénieur ou équivalent par expérience dans l'un des métiers couverts par l'entreprise.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, en développement commercial de projets techniques.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais et/ou du néerlandais est un atout de taille.
- Une bonne connaissance des marchés publics est un plus.
- Expérience confirmée dans la construction de dossiers commerciaux multidisciplinaires.
