Over onsGroeiGroen (Clearworld BV) is een snelgroeiend bedrijf dat de aanplant en verkoop van boomplantages koppelt aan duurzame investeringskansen gebaseerd op de kwaliteiten van de Paulownia-boom, het genereren en het verkopen van CO2-certificaten en de steeds strengere duurzaamheidsregels van de EU. Je leest alles over ons concept en ons bedrijf op https://www.groeigroen.be/ Om deze groei duurzaam verder te zetten zijn we op korte termijn op zoek naar een gedreven Performance Marketeer die échte impact wil maken. Als performance marketeer is je grootste doel onze lead generation naar een nieuw niveau te tillen. Van voldoende kwaliteitsvolle leads voor onze sales afdeling, tot een performante webshop en een uitmuntende SEO en GEO strategie, jij weet wat te doen om ons verder vooruit te helpen. Je denkt uiteraard ook actief mee hoe we het hele marketingverhaal naar een hoger niveau kunnen tillen. Samen met de hands-on Marketing Manager en de Content Marketeer ben jij de motor achter de blijvende groei van het bedrijf. Een klein en ambitieus team waar snel geschakeld kan worden en veel ruimte voor input en initiatief is. Wat je zal doen:· Paid advertising campagnes opzetten, opvolgen en optimaliseren (Google Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn, Reddit,...)· Funnel- en data-analyses om concrete verbeteringen bloot te leggen en door te voeren· Onze website en onze webshop verder uitbouwen tot een performant verkoopkanaal· Onze SEO en GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation, voor LLMs dus) strategie opstellen, uitvoeren en bewaken· Automatisaties en tracking beheren en optimaliseren· Actief nieuwe groeikansen identificeren en uitwerken· Duidelijke rapportage van de resultaten Wat verwachten we:· Minimum 3-5 jaar ervaring binnen performance marketing· Grondige digital advertising ervaring: Google (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager), Meta Ads (LinkedIn en Reddit ads zijn een pluspunt maar niet noodzakelijk)· Sterke kennis van SEO, GEO en website-optimalisatie· Goede analytische skills , een hands-on mentaliteit en klaar om initiatief te nemen· Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, professioneel niveau Engels en/of Frans is een groot pluspunt· Kennis van Odoo is een plus maar geen vereiste· Open en proactieve communicator Wat bieden we je aan:· Een gevarieerde functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie· Een competitief loon afhankelijk van je ervaring· Een aangename werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnen· De typische extralegale voordelen: Groepsverzekering, Hopsitalisatieverzekering, Maaltijdchecques van €8/dag, jaarlijkse ecocheques en een eindejaarspremie/13e maand· Ruimte voor initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling Interesse?Wil meebouwen aan ons succesverhaal?
